As we begin a new day, Lord, we ask you to bless us.  
Help us to know that each day is special as we share 
it with everyone that we meet.  

Help us to know that we can share the sorrow and happiness
 of others when we respect and recognize their needs and successes.

We ask You to bring us together, Lord, as a school community where we can 
learn and find a way to nurture the gifts that each of us has to offer.
